Custom work is confirmed by quotation

The website presents printing and packaging formats for discussion. Price, taxes, minimum quantities, material, construction, production schedule, delivery availability, freight and payment terms are agreed in the written quotation for your requirement.

Images and samples

Product galleries contain illustrative design concepts. They do not confirm a completed customer order or a final material, colour, finish or size. Discuss the sample and proof process before approving production.

Your artwork

Submit artwork that you are authorised to use. Review spelling, content, product information, versions and any required approvals. Pharma content must come from your approved artwork. Printing does not replace your content or regulatory review.

Enquiry and order approval

A website enquiry or WhatsApp draft starts a discussion. It does not automatically place an order or reserve production. Check the final quotation, proof and specifications with the sales team before giving production approval.
